The management team has acquired, sponsored, and closed over $10 billion of commercial properties throughout the United States. Kingsbarn is especially adept at sourcing high quality properties from a vast array of data and technology resources in addition to maintaining high‐level relationships with some of the nation’s largest property owners and respected real estate professionals. Our strategic partnerships enhance our ability to design and build projects that meet our stringent criteria for quality and budget containment allowing us to produce out-sized risk adjusted returns.
